In the event Client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, forty-eight (48) hours notice to Bella Cleaning Services is required. Notice may be given by Email, SMS (text) or Phone. Should Client fail to give forty-eight (48) hours notice, Client must pay 50% for the cancelled cleaning. Cancelling and/or rescheduling more than three (3) scheduled cleanings, without prior approval of Bella Cleaning Services, will be deemed a material breach and allow Bella Cleaning Services to cancel the contract and/or pricing agreement or to seek legal remedies.
In the event that Bella Cleaning Services needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment 24 hours notice will be given to client. If Bella Cleaning Services fails to give 24-hour notice client will be offered 50% off next scheduled cleaning.
